My product and experience work helped establish multi-year bioscience partnerships valued at more than $10 million.
Behind the work
I designed and led the original experience for the partnership initiative. This was the commercial side of healthcare AI, with a different audience from the clinicians using the core platform.
The job was to make the product useful to that audience and give a business a reason to commit to it. The resulting agreements connected the experience work to a commercial outcome, not just a better-looking interface.
